Cheap Holiday Shopping

The easiest way to save money on holiday shopping is to purchase your gifts all throughout the year, rather than waiting until November and December to buy all your gifts.

You can save money by purchasing items while they are on sale. Then you can just stash the gifts in your closet until it's Christmas time.

You will also not feel the financial burden of buying all your gifts at once if you purchase a few gifts each month. And as an added bonus, you won't have to fight the holiday crowds to get your shopping done.

I do a combination of online and in-store sale shopping for my holiday gifts. Since I start shopping for gifts almost a year in advance, I can afford to wait for the items I love to go on sale.

Every time I find an item online that I love, I add it to ShoppingNotes.com. ShoppingNotes conveniently emails me any time the price changes on one of the items on my list. That way I know when items online go on sale, without having to check all the websites I shop on every day.
